The Lounge & Balcony

The whole upper floor — a lounge that seats fifty, a balcony over the water for twenty-four more, a pool table, and a projector for the slideshow or the game. The room people don't want to leave.

The Tasting Room & Patio

The main floor and the patio, yours end to end — the tasting room seats fifty-plus, the patio holds forty by the pool and the water, and the full kitchen is right there. The biggest room we have, for the night that matters most.

$2,500/ event $1,800 for club members

  • Friday and Saturday, three-hour minimum during business hours

We're closed to the public midweek. That's exactly when it's all yours.

The days we don't open are the days you get the estate to yourself — no other guests, no bar to share. Ideal for a corporate offsite, a private brunch, or a photo session on the water. Ask about a midweek buyout when you send your date.
