Guided by the winemaker
The Library
Six wines with small bites, poured and talked through by the person who made them, in the wood-shelved room that was Dr. Cummings' home office. Up to two hours. The most you'll learn about Texas wine without picking any yourself.
- Six pours chosen for the table, including a library wine you can't get by the glass
- Small bites matched to each pour
- The winemaker at the table, start to finish
